WeldSpace 4.0 is a self-contained collaborative welding cell: a cobot above a Demmeler fixturing table, inside a safety enclosure, ready to automate welds that never justified a full robotic line.
The gap it fills
Full robotic lines make sense at high volume. Manual welding for one-off parts. In between lies most subassembly fabrication: small-to-medium series, repeat parts, consistent enough to automate but not numerous enough for a line. WeldSpace puts a cobot on a precision Demmeler table so these parts get automated, consistent, documented welds — programmed by a technician.
