ROUSSAKIS SUPPLIES IKE is a Trading Company providing Industrial-Marine and Safety Equipment Products based in ASPROPYRGOS.

Together, the Management and employees of the company, we are convinced that the Quality Policy expresses our culture and commitment to the absolute observance of legislative and regulatory requirements, the establishment of measurable goals for Quality, and their achievement, the awareness of our staff and associates in this direction, as well as the continuous effort to improve and promote the level of our Quality behavior, through the Integrated Management System that we implement in harmony with the ISO 9001 standard.

The main axes for the implementation of our policy are:

• The commitment of the Management to provide all necessary resources and means.
• Absolute compliance with the applicable Greek and European legislation governing the service provided.
• The definition of quality objectives and systematic monitoring of their implementation and review.
• The communication and information to each interested party, so that they know our principles and the results of the efforts we make to improve our performance in quality matters.
• The control of our partners to ensure the adoption of the principles and their operation in accordance with the requirements we have set.
• The continuous training and awareness of our employees and partners, so as to encourage their active participation in the efforts we make to continuously improve our services provided.

Our company, when selling industrial products and equipment, is not responsible for the suitability of these products for specific applications or uses of the purchasing company. It is the responsibility of the purchasing company to ensure, through the advice of its own safety technician or specialist, that the products in question are suitable for its specific needs and working conditions. Our company has no obligation or responsibility to investigate or confirm the validity of the information or needs provided by the purchasing company regarding the appropriate use of the products.

This policy is reviewed at each review of the Integrated Management System and revised if necessary.
