Demmeler is German-engineered welding automation built as a system: 3D modular welding tables, clamping components, welding manipulators, robot turning units and cobot cells that work together — not as separate machines, but as one repeatable, documented fabrication environment.

Why Demmeler for certified and defence fabrication

The difference between Demmeler and a standalone positioner is the word
“system”. A Demmeler fixture, built from indexed components on a precision 3D table, sets up identically every shift. A Demmeler turning unit integrates as an external robot axis via PROFINET, so the part and the welding robot move as one. A Demmeler cobot cell automates the repeat welds that never justified a full line.

For defence, naval and classification-supervised production — where every
weldment must be qualifiable, repeatable and documented — that repeatability is not a convenience. It is the requirement.
