ZINSER CUTTING PANTOGRAPH OXYGEN + PLASMA 4125B
With this generation of cutting machines, our customers’ requirements have become a reality. The extremely robust design, combined with high-precision, precise linear guides (rail systems) on the crane bridge and a heavy-duty conveyor based on machined S 49 rail profiles, guarantee excellent quality and a long service life.
Extremely powerful digitally controlled AC drives with high-precision gears as well as selected racks give the ZINSER 4025B / ZINSER 4125B and ZINSER 4026B / ZINSER 4126B excellent driving characteristics even at higher speeds.
The result of all these features is an excellent cutting quality. With the use of a large number of tools and additional accessories, the ZINSER cutting systems are perfectly matched to the customer’s cutting task. The ZINSER 4025B / ZINSER 4026B is available in widths up to 5,600mm. The ZINSER 4125B / 4126B is available in travel widths up to 10,100mm.
The ZINSER 4125B and ZINSER 4126B therefore have an even stronger and larger crane bridge and longer longitudinal beams.
Up to 12 beams can be mounted on each crane bridge.
The ZINSER 4026B and ZINSER 4126B are equipped with an additional support for processing pipes or beams.
