ZINSER Oxy-Fuel + Plasma CNC Cutting Gantry 4125B
With this generation of cutting machines, our customers’ requirements became reality. The extremely rigid design, combined with high-precision linear guides (rail systems) on the gantry and a heavy-duty runway based on machined S 49 rail profiles, guarantees excellent quality and a long service life.
Excellent, powerful digitally controlled AC drive systems with high-precision gears and selected racks give the ZINSER 4025B / 4125B and ZINSER 4026B / 4126B outstanding motion characteristics even at higher speeds.
The result of all these features is outstanding cutting quality. Using a large number of tools and additional attachments, ZINSER cutting systems fit the customer’s cutting job perfectly. The ZINSER 4025B / 4026B is available in widths up to 5,600 mm. The ZINSER 4125B / 4126B is available in track widths up to 10,100 mm.
The ZINSER 4125B and 4126B therefore have an even stronger and larger gantry and longer longitudinal carriages.
Up to 12 carriages can be mounted on each gantry.
The ZINSER 4026B and 4126B are equipped with an additional support for machining pipes or beams.
