VIRAX Pipe Grooving Machine GR2-12 (2-12″)
Electro-hydraulic grooving mechanism, for cold-forming grooves on standard steel pipes as well as thin-wall pipes Ø 2″ – 12″. Designed for pipeline installation, irrigation systems, large heating installations and industrial plants.
Compact and extremely sturdy construction, suited to both jobsite requirements and workshop conditions.
Powerful motor 240 V, 50 / 60 Hz, 1500 W, 23 rpm.
Base assembled on 4 legs (included) allowing operation at the operator’s working height with full safety.
Durable hydraulic pump with ergonomic handle, maximum pressure: 8,000 kg.
Pressure valve for quick pipe change.
Storage compartment at the bottom for the grooving wheels.
Grooving wheels specially designed and heat-treated for minimal wear. Featuring a non-slip surface for better pipe grip.
Precise groove depth adjustment thanks to the nut / lock-nut system, ideal for repetitive tasks.
Safety pedal for operation control and immediate stop of the machine’s rotation.
Adjustable stabilizer for large diameters, preventing pipe slippage.
Roller base for pipes up to Ø 12″, with 4 rollers, 2 side guides made of heat-treated steel with quick-locking system.
