Description

Machine for creating “gas” threads with sealing on the following thread NFE 03.004 in accordance with ISO/7.
Pipes must comply with EN 10255 S and EN 10255 W standards (formerly NFA 49115 and NFA 49145, medium and heavy type). We do not recommend working on light-type pipes.
High-durability dies available in HSS and standard versions.
5-blade deburring tool for a clean and precise result.
330 mm body length for threading short pipe sections. Body tilted at 2.2° to allow oil drainage from the pipe.
Safety pedal for starting and stopping operation at the technician’s discretion.
Geared oil pump with automatic shut-off. Elevated filter to prevent oil contamination from swarf/chips.
Adjustable oil flow.
