TURBO-FIX & GO MOUNTING AND ASSEMBLY ADHESIVE is a high-quality, one-component adhesive and sealant.

With elasticity and paintability. It is made based on MS prepolymer.

It is used in elastic bonding, sealing and sealing, on smooth and uneven surfaces, on aluminum and metal structures, patios and canopies, polycarbonate structures in the steel industry, in air conditioning and refrigeration structures, in the construction of vehicles, wagons and containers, as well as in their repairs, in maritime constructions, in shipyards, in electrical, plumbing and sanitary installations, in carpentry work, as well as in all constructions.

SPECIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS

Characteristics – Properties: Does not contain silicone, acrylic, solvents, P.V.C., and isocyanates. The drying of TURBO-FIX & GO adhesive depends on the thickness of the joint, the prevailing air humidity and the temperature. (Processing temperature is +5° C to +30° C). The elastic joint and the sealing that is created tirelessly absorbs shocks, oscillations and vibrations.

The solidified mass of the adhesive presents the following resistance:

Good* in water, aliphatic solvents, diluted mineral acids and salts, oils and fats.

Less good* in aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons.

It has long-term resistance to aging, corrosion and rotting without collecting fungi and bacteria.

It withstands temperatures from –30°C to +90°C. (up to +200°C for a short time).

Painting should be done before the glue dries.

Application instructions: The surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust, oils and grease. We rub the surfaces with sandpaper, thus increasing their adhesive capacity. The application of TURBO-FIX & GO glue is done with a device (pistol type). The cartridge is cut above the thread, the tip of the nozzle is screwed on and, depending on the dimension of the joint, it is cut obliquely. For better contact with the edges of the joint, hold the device so that the material is pressed with pressure on the edges of the joint. Avoid air ingress! The thickness of the adhesive to be used depends on the surface of the materials to be bonded. The bonding surface must be applied within 7 minutes and adjusted if necessary. The excess adhesive is cut off with a spatula or knife.

Cleaning: To clean tools and surfaces from TURBO-FIX & GO adhesive residues, we recommend using TURBO-CLEANER or standard commercial solvents.
