TURBO-FIX Assembly and Mounting Adhesive is a high-quality, one-component bonding and sealing material, environmentally friendly.

Elastic and paintable. It is manufactured on a prepolymer base.

It is used for elastic bonding, sealing and waterproofing, on smooth and irregular surfaces, in aluminum and metal constructions, atriums and canopies, polycarbonate structures in steel fabrication, in air-conditioning and refrigeration constructions, in the manufacture of vehicles, wagons and containers, as well as in their repair, in marine construction, in shipyards, in electrical and plumbing installations and sanitary ware, in woodworking, and in all types of construction.

SPECIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS

Characteristics – Properties: Contains no silicone, acrylic, solvents, PVC, or isocyanates. The curing time of TURBO-FIX adhesive depends on the thickness of the joint, ambient humidity and temperature. (Application temperature is +5°C to +30°C). The elastic bond and seal created effortlessly absorbs shocks, oscillations and vibrations.

The cured adhesive mass exhibits the following resistance:

Good* resistance to water, aliphatic solvents, diluted inorganic acids and salts, oils and greases. Less good* resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons. It has long-term resistance to aging, corrosion and rot without harboring fungi or bacteria. It withstands temperatures from –30°C to +90°C (up to +180°C briefly). Painting should be done before the adhesive dries.<span class="Apple-converted-spac
