SOUDAL Hybrid Polymer Instant Bonding FIX ALL
Fix All High Tack is a high-quality insulating joint sealant with high bonding strength. It is based on SMX® Hybrid Polymer technology.
FEATURES
- High-performance mechanical properties
- Combines high rigidity with very high bonding strength
- High green strength, fast build-up of final strength, high final strength after full curing
- Contains no isocyanates, silicone or solvents
- Flexible elastic rubber – movement accommodation up to 20%
- No bubble formation inside the sealant (in high-temperature and high-humidity applications)
- Very easy to tool and finish
- Good colour stability and UV resistance
APPLICATIONS
- Sealing and bonding in the construction and structural works sector
- Structural bonding in vibrating constructions
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Joint dimensions:
- Minimum width: 2 mm (bonding) 5 mm (joints)
- Maximum width: 10 mm (bonding) 30 mm (joints)
- Minimum depth: 5 mm (joints)
- Recommendation: joint width = 2x joint depth
- Method: manual or pneumatic sealant gun
- Application temperature: +5°C to +35°C
- Cleaning: clean all tools immediately after application and before curing
- Tooling: with soap solution
- Repair with: Fix All High Tack
