SIDEROS RotoClean Deburring Roller
The RotoClean removes burrs from cut parts in bulk, using a rotating drum, instead of grinding them one by one by hand with a wheel.
Why manual grinding is the wrong answer to volume
Manual deburring is slow, inconsistent, and the single largest source of hand-arm vibration exposure and grinding dust in most workshops. It is also non-repeatable: two operators produce two different edge conditions, and neither is documented.
For parts that will be painted, coated or welded, edge condition is not cosmetic. An inconsistent edge means inconsistent coating adhesion and inconsistent weld-seam preparation — which becomes a rework line on any program with a quality gate.
