The Promotech ABM-50 DD Vario is a self-propelled, automatic feed plate edge milling machine that produces high-quality bevels on the top edge of steel plates 8–80 mm thick, without heat distortion or a heat-affected zone. Featuring a rotating milling head with cutting inserts, it offers continuous angle adjustment from 15°–70° and a bevel width of up to 50 mm, with variable spindle speed and an LED load monitoring system for optimal results on steel, stainless steel, duplex, alloys and hardox. Ideal for shipyards, steel structures, pressure vessels and structural steel. Available immediately from Roussakis Supplies, with technical support, operator training and warranty.
