Engraver caliper with wheel in 200 and 400 mm from the German company Ultra Gmbh.

Includes:

  • 2 spare carbide tips
  • Leather case
  • The scriber caliper is used to etch or transfer measurements to a piece. It combines the functions of a caliper and an engraver in one instrument.
  • It consists of two jaws, one of which has a sharp edge used for engraving, while the other usually has a measuring scale inscribed on it.
  • The user can adjust the distance between the jaws to match a specific measurement. After the desired measurement is set, the scriber’s jaw is placed on the work piece and the user can mark a line by pressing the point onto the surface.
