Oerlikon Citodur 600A electrodes. Rutile type, for hardfacing applications with high wear resistance, e.g. die-casting molds, rollers, and crushers. Easy-to-use hardfacing electrode. High resistance to friction and impact. Free from cracks, porosity and delamination. Machinable only by grinding. For sensitive base metals, use UNIVERS or CITOCHROMAX-N as a buffer layer. First pass hardness 550 HB. Second pass 590-680 HB (57-62 HRC).
