The EVO®3 Comfort Plus helmet combines an extremely strong shell for superior all-day protection in the widest range of environments, with the comfort benefits of the Evolution® 3D-Adjustment harness system. The EVO®3 is an advance on the long-standing MK®2 and Mk®3 helmets first launched in the 1970s; the EVO®3 retains the signature JSP style while incorporating the advances first seen in the EVO®8. Packed with the latest protection technology and features, such as the Evolution® 3D-Adjustment harness system, the Revolution® Wheel Ratchet or the unique OneTouch™ Slip Ratchet, which can be adjusted with one hand in a single quick movement.

Tough HDPE shell

In tests the EVO®3 proved far tougher than the required EN397 standard and far tougher than any of its competitors.

Supreme comfort

A 6-point terylene harness system offers unrivalled comfort without compromising performance.

Chamlon™ sweatband

Egyptian cotton core with a porous PU coating for maximum sweat absorption. pH neutral, dermatologically tested.

3D adjustment harness system

Never before has such a precise fit been achieved in an industrial safety helmet, using the unique 1-2-3 point harness depth settings.

EVOSpec®

The helmet with an integrated visor ensures eye protection is available when needed and never lost, while removing the need for additional eye protection. Protects to EN 166.1.F

Electrical insulation (non-vented only)

The non-vented version meets EN 50365 Class 0 10KV. This standard applies to electrically insulating helmets used for working live or near live parts on installations not exceeding 1000Vac or 1500Vdc.
