The INFICON QS5 vacuum pump is designed for fast, deep evacuation, combined with affordability and durability.

The QS5 is a two-stage, rotary vane pump with a rated displacement of 5 CFM for vacuum levels down to 15 microns. Features such as a large oil sight glass, an easily accessible oil drain, and an innovative exhaust/mist-eliminator that traps oil allow technicians to complete service calls more easily and efficiently.

The pump’s design includes a comfortable “non-slip” handle for easy carrying, and its rugged construction offers maximum durability. All of this is backed by an industry-leading 2-year replacement warranty.
