IMPERIA Welding Helmet with PAPR Active Air Filtration System TH3P R SL
Auto-darkening welding helmet with TH3P R SL filtration system, rated protection factor 500, certified to European standard EN12941:1998/A1:2003/A2:2008 and CE EN379 – 1/1/1/1 certification.
The helmet is equipped with a PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirator) system, protecting the user from up to 99.8% of airborne welding particles, smoke dust and welding fumes. Suitable for professional use in welding and grinding operations.
- 3-stage filtration: HEPA filter, activated carbon filter, metal spark-arrestor mesh filter.
- 2 operating speeds: Speed 1 – 180 l/min, Speed 2 – 220 l/min.
- Electronic system maintaining a minimum air flow of 180 l/min.
- BRUSHLESS filter motor with bearings.
- Audible and vibration alert in case of filter clogging.
- Audible and vibration alert in case of low air flow to the helmet.
- Flip-up mechanism for the auto-darkening welding filter.
- Removable filter unit battery – 14.8V 2.6Ah lithium battery.
- Maximum operating time on low speed: 10 hours.
- Charger with charging indicator light, 16.8V-1A – charging time 2.5 hours.
- Battery test function for the helmet’s photocell filter (3V CR2450 battery included).
- External controls for the welding filter for user convenience.
- Reinforced hose, 850–1200 mm, 29 mm diameter.
- Maximum noise level: 60 dB(A).
- Anatomical waist belt with 5 cm wide strap, adjustable up to 140 cm.
- Helmet weight: 740 grams.

Supplied with a practical carrying case and one spare outer filter cover.
