FOR Hand Chain Block 1T with 6m Chain
The Haklift Chain Block is a high-quality hoist; it is durable and easy to use with the ergonomic hand chain. The maximum working load is achieved with quite low manual force. Standard lifting heights are 3 m and 6 m. Other lifting heights are also available with fast delivery from stock.
Features:
- Every hoist is dynamically load tested at 1.5 x WLL before leaving the factory
- Compact, lightweight construction
- Geared wheel equipped with needle bearings and a drive shaft supported by needle and plain bearings inside to ensure smooth, efficient operation
- Safe, well-covered automatic load-reaction brake
- Equipped with 2 brake pads and 4 brake springs (double safety compared to the EN 13157 requirement)
- The unique surface treatment offers excellent anti-corrosion protection and low operating volume
- Swivel hooks at both ends make in-line mounting easy
- The hooks are designed to open under overload instead of breaking
- Hooks with heavy-duty steel safety latches
- The hook has deformation control dots forged on the side for overload detection
- Equipped with RFID (chip) for easy service and inspection, HF 13.56 MHz
- A test certificate and declaration of conformity is attached to every hoist
- Spare parts available
- Can be supplied with an overload protection device (OLP)
- Other lifting heights are also available on request
- The hand chain length is always the same as the lifting height
