Professional pipe bevelling machine for on-site welding applications
Consistently good results for on-site pipe bevelling applications: with Exact’s PipeBevel 360E you can easily make fast and accurate bevels on pipes in a variety of materials. The machine’s user interface is similar to Exact pipe saws, making it easy for the operator to adapt after cutting the pipe with any Exact pipe saw. The bevelling cutting head has 3 cutting inserts, each with 4 cutting edges that can be rotated when dull, so it is economical to use. Cutting heads are available in commonly used bevel angles (30°, 37.5° and 45°). It is also possible to make different “custom” bevel angles if required. There is also a counterbore capability, which allows the operator to make similar additional bevels on the same pipe O/D.
