Portable manual beveling machine EKF 450.3. Features precise adjustment for light bevel surfaces during weld seam preparation. Four insertable carbide milling heads – 30°, 45°, 0.063″ (1.6 mm) and 0.098″ (2.5 mm). Ideal for straight edges, internal and external radii. Designed for 30° or 45° weld seams on steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, brass and plastics.

An ideal beveling machine for the following applications: shaping (edge alignment, internal and external radii and holes from 7/8″ diameter), boiler construction and process unit fabrication (weld seam preparation on heat exchangers), mechanical engineering work (protecting against paint chipping and creating visible edges), sheet metal work.
