Description

Precision Alignment – The dual jack screws, spaced around the outside diameter of the pipe, provide fast alignment and reshaping of the internal or external diameters of both pipes to within 0.5 mm.
Reshaping Capability – Reshapes pipe on both sides of the weld to schedule 40 pipe specifications and aligns any wall schedule of pipes, elbows, tees, and other fittings.
Versatile – The chain clamp can be used to align and reshape elbows, tees, and other fittings that a cage clamp cannot handle. One chain clamp covers the range of eight cage clamps.
Independent High-Lift Jack Screws – The dual high-lift screw jacks provide extra clearance for easy access with a torch/welding rod. Each jack screw has independently rotating feet to accommodate uneven surfaces.
Wide Range – One chain clamp covers a wide range of pipe sizes.
Secure – Elbows, tees, and other fittings can be securely held in place during alignment using the leveling and support device.
