ROBiPAK is a certified UR+ solution for MIG / MAG welding with the UR5 / UR5e and UR10 / UR10e Universal Robots. The “Ready-To-Weld” principle applies to this robot system from ABICOR BINZEL. One ROBiPAK part number – a complete package for the Cobot. A perfect fit!

The welding equipment from ABICOR BINZEL is suitable for this purpose:

  • Simpler operation than program commands, e.g. welding parameters can be set directly from the robot control panel.
  • Highly flexible cable assemblies adapted to the robot movements
  • Thanks to the high TCP stability, you program your element only once – without frequent adjustment of reference points
  • Perfect welding seams: with the iROB power source you achieve perfect welding results

ROBiPAK is available in air-cooled and water-cooled versions

  • Air-cooled equipment is ideal, for example, for welding thin sheets up to approx. 290 amperes.
  • Water-cooled equipment is specially designed for longer duty cycles, thicker sheets and excessive heat generation.
