BINZEL Robotic Welding System ROBiPAK

ROBiPAK is a UR+ certified solution for MIG/MAG welding with the UR5 / UR5e and UR10 / UR10e Universal Robots. The “Ready-To-Weld” principle applies to this robotic system from ABICOR BINZEL. One ROBiPAK part number – a complete package for the cobot. A perfect fit!

The welding equipment from ABICOR BINZEL is purpose-built:

  • Simplest operation from the program commands, e.g. welding parameters can be set directly from the robot’s control panel
  • Highly flexible cable assemblies adapted to the robot’s movements
  • Thanks to high TCP stability, you program your component only once – no frequent adjustment of reference points
  • Perfect weld seams: with the iROB power source you achieve perfect welding results

ROBiPAK is available in air-cooled and liquid-cooled versions

  • The air-cooled equipment is ideal, for example, for welding thin sheets up to approx. 290 amps
  • The liquid-cooled equipment is specially designed for longer duty cycles, thicker sheets and excessive heat generation
