ABICOR BINZEL ceramic spray is heat-resistant and provides long-lasting protection against welding spatter on gas nozzles, contact tips, and all components of the welding process.

ABICOR BINZEL ceramic spray increases system availability and reduces ongoing maintenance costs. It is also perfectly suited for automated applications with long welding cycles.

After spraying, a white ceramic protective film forms that is resistant to high temperatures. Thanks to the extremely short drying time of approx. 5 seconds, the welding process can start immediately.
