A global debut too: the new RS JET 500 SUPERECO — 500 bar water jetting

At the same event we debut our new RS JET 500 SUPERECO, a 500 bar high-pressure water jetting system built for demanding surface preparation and cleaning in shipyards, refineries, heavy industry and metal construction (see the RS JET 500 range):

  • Max. pressure: 500 bar · flow: up to 18 lpm
  • Motor: IP55, efficiency class IE2 · 18 kW / 24 HP · 440 V / 60 Hz
  • Pump: cast-iron, nickel-plated head with triple ceramic plungers — high efficiency, long service life, low maintenance
  • Safety: pressure regulator valve, RDA (rupture disc / safety valve) overpressure protection, inlet water filter and pressure switch
  • Weight ~160 kg · 45′ test-run certification at max. operating pressure

Ideal for removing deposits, rust and old coatings, and for surface preparation before welding. Operation by certified WJA operators only, using dedicated TST water-blasting protective equipment.
