ESAB FILARC PZ6113 is a multi-purpose, all-positional rutile gas-shielded flux-cored welding wire (FCAW), designed for use with C1 (100% CO₂) or M21 (Ar/CO₂) shielding gas per EN ISO 14175.
It delivers a stable arc, low spatter and easy slag removal, with deep penetration, high deposition rates and low diffusible hydrogen (H5) — high productivity and excellent weld quality, significantly faster than stick or solid MIG wire.
APPLICATIONS: Shipbuilding & marine, steel structures, heavy equipment, general fabrication. With extensive marine approvals (ABS, BV, DNV, LR, RINA, PRS) it is a top choice for shipyards and vessel repair.
