Return and Cancellation Policy

RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP

Until the payment of the price, the ownership of the goods is retained in favor of the selling company. During this period and in the event of default by the buyer, the selling company is entitled to either demand the price or withdraw from the contract or both, exercising its rights of ownership.

RETURNS OF GOODS

After receipt of the goods, returns are permitted exclusively and only in the event of proven defectiveness of the products.

The buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods upon receipt to determine any defects. In any case, after 10 days from the delivery of the goods, any claim of the buyer for any defects is extinguished and no return is accepted.

COMPETENT COURTS

The courts of Athens shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising from this sale. This exclusive jurisdiction is also agreed to resolve any disputes arising from any securities that the buyer may sign in connection with this sale.

The buyer expressly and unreservedly authorizes the selling company to supplement the text of any securities that may be delivered to it with a clause extending the territorial jurisdiction in favor of the courts of Athens over the body of the securities, recognizing from now on this supplementation as valid and binding for him.
