The weldment is supported at each end, rotated about its axis, and raised or lowered to the welder&#8217;s working height \u2014 without the overhang and counterweight limits of a single-table positioner.<\/p>\n<h4>Where it earns its place<\/h4>\n<p>Long, slender or asymmetric weldments are the hardest cases in heavy fabrication: vehicle chassis and axle structures, naval piping spools and sections, masts, booms, pressure components. A single-table positioner either cannot take the overhang or takes it at the cost of stability. Two synchronised<br \/>\ncolumns solve the geometry.<\/p>\n<p>For defence and naval work the operational argument is the same as any positioner \u2014 downhand welding, fewer welding positions, fewer WPS and WPQR \u2014 but SyncroLift extends that argument to the parts a table positioner cannot hold.<\/p>\n<h4>Advantages<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Head and tailstock support for long and asymmetric weldments<\/li>\n<li>Synchronised elevation across both columns<\/li>\n<li>Rotation about the workpiece axis for continuous circumferential welds<\/li>\n<li>Working height set to the welder, not the part<\/li>\n<li>Reduced crane movements in the weld cycle<\/li>\n<li>Fewer welding positions \u2014 simplified WPS<\/li>\n<li>Compatible with mechanised and robotic welding integration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Integration and support<\/h4>\n<p>Supplied, commissioned and supported by Roussakis Supplies.
